When it comes to dinner, I love nothing more than a meal I can call both comfort food AND healthy! Oh, and did I mention how easy this dish is? I mean, I’m definitely a crock pot kind of mama, and this is right there with it!

In this recipe, you’ll find just how easy a full, delicious, well rounded chicken dinner can be on one pan! Personally, I love this dish all year around!

Slow-Cooker Southern Ribs πŸŒΎ

Although not the healthiest of dinners, you really can’t go wrong with a rack of ribs that falls right of the bone, some corn on the cob, & mashed potatoes. πŸŒ½πŸ–

Some days I am too busy mommin’ so hard that I’m just desperate for an easy throw it in the crockpot type of meal because I can’t handle sweating over the stove for hours when my house is in chaos mode!

After testing a few different rubs and sauces, I found the BEST combo that my family just loves!

Champagne Floats πŸ₯‚

I’m a big fan of wine. Reds, whites, sweet, dry, you name it. My love for wine as an adult has a broad spectrum, but when you’re younger, you usually love the sparkly, sweet stuff, & the good Lord knows I did…

I have my grandmother to thank for this, as she spoiled me with her not so secret recipe to a boozy dessert! Well…Not quite a recipe, but more of a quick tip that I know love using for special celebrations, girls nights, etc!

Champagnes floats! Yup. Think Root Beer floats…but better.

We always (& still do) love to use Peach, Mango, & Raspberry Haagen-Dazs sorbet! Add a couple spoonfuls to your champagne glass, and pour the champagne over it!

Girls night just got that much better! You. Are. Welcome.

The Perfect Rice Krispie Treat β€οΈ

One of my all time favorite sweet treats is a homemade Rice Krispie Treat…they’re right up there with homemade Chocolate Chip cookies! πŸͺ

I love these ooey gooey treats not just for the taste, but because they are so easy to “spice up”! You can toss in your favorite candy or cereal. You can add caramel or chocolate, sprinkles or frosting. The possibilities are endless!

Here, I will post my PERFECT recipe that I use at home, and then you can decide what you’d like to add, or if you’re happy with the original, enjoy as is!

Homemade Turkey Meatballs w/ Vodka Sauce πŸ

Homemade turkey meatballs with vodka sauce…it’s amore.

I like to pretend that Dean Martin was singing about my cooking in that song. Just kidding. Here’s another of my family dinner favorites! I won’t bore you on cooking the pasta for this dish because I’ll assume you know how to make it…al dente.

Beef Roast Dinner πŸ–

Hey guys!

Tonights blog will be a recipe I learned how to do when I did Whole 30 for the first time a few months ago. If you’ve never tried Whole30, I highly suggest it. It is a wonderful way to kind of “start over” and get a strong jumpstart on getting your health back on track! πŸ‰πŸ₯•πŸ–
